Wedding at Cantley House
I met Roberta and Andrew at the wedding fair just a few months before their wedding. They were really impressed with my work and we met up very soon to discuss the wedding plan. They have chosen the half coverage, I will be photographing from the church ceremony to the first dance. I remember the day really well, it was one of the hottest days on record and it definitely feels like it. We start at the church ceremony with Roberta's family flying from Italy where she is from. I always enjoy photographing weddings with people from different corners of the world, giving me the chance to experience different traditions and understand how people celebrate in different cultures.
The highlight of the day was in the afternoon with the golden hour sunlight. I spotted the sun going down and the quality of the light is getting really good for the photographs, it was perfect timing as the wedding breakfast has just finished and the newlyweds are relaxing and ready for some more photos. I take the opportunity and use the beautiful venue Catnley house to make some really wonderful images. Roberta and Andrew enjoy the photo shoot and it shows in the photographs.
